M&V CRM Automatic Backups is a private tool for the authorized owner of M&V Detailing LLC. It is not offered as a Google Drive service to customers or the general public. These terms describe this tool, not the terms for booking or purchasing detailing services.

The owner must authorize the Google account used for backups and keep control of that account, the hosting account and the private backup decryption key.

The tool will use the owner's Google Drive connection for encrypted CRM backups, integrity checks, freshness checks and owner-authorized recovery. It will not request broader Drive permissions to work around an access error. Existing manually uploaded backup archives will remain separate.

Backups cover the data available at the time a snapshot is taken. Upload failures, storage limits, expired or revoked access, scheduling failures or provider outages can prevent a new copy. The private decryption key is required to restore encrypted copies. The owner should retain that key separately and review backup failure notifications.

The owner can discontinue the connection by disabling backup tasks and revoking Google access. Existing stored backups remain under the owner's control. Restoring a backup must be reviewed before replacing live data so that newer records are preserved.

Google Drive and Render usage remain subject to their own account terms, limits and applicable charges.
