Effective when the owner activates this connection.

M&V CRM Automatic Backups is operated by M&V Detailing LLC for the business owner's own backup and recovery use.


Google data and permissions

The tool requests only the Google Drive drive.file permission. It will access backup files and their metadata that it creates, or files explicitly made available to this connection by the owner. It does not request broad access to all Drive files, Gmail, contacts or calendars.

Google authorization credentials will be used to maintain the owner's authorized connection. Account ownership and available storage information returned by Google may be checked to confirm the intended account and sufficient space.


Use and storage

Google data will be used only to upload encrypted backup packages, verify uploaded packages, check their age and perform owner-authorized recovery. The tool will not use this data for advertising, profiling, sale or training artificial intelligence models.

The encrypted packages will contain the CRM database, including customer records, bookings and staff account records. Google Drive will receive encrypted packages and small verification records containing backup time, file size and integrity information. The separate private decryption key will be retained by the owner.

The backup tasks and their Google authorization credentials will run on Render. Source code will be kept in the owner's private GitHub repository; actual backups and credentials will not be committed there.


Retention and control

Initial copies will be retained until the owner approves a cleanup policy. The tool will not automatically delete existing backups. The owner can revoke the connection through Google account security settings and manage stored files in Google Drive. Revoking access does not itself remove existing copies.

Customer requests concerning CRM records should be sent to mvmobileautodetailing@gmail.com. Requests will be reviewed for identity, business recordkeeping needs and the presence of copies in backups.

The tool's use of Google API data will follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
