M&V CRM Automatic Backups is a private administrative tool for the owner of M&V Detailing LLC. Its purpose is to preserve encrypted copies of the CRM database in the owner's Google Drive and check that recent copies are available.

The owner authorizes the Google connection. Customers booking detailing services do not need to connect their Google accounts or use this tool.

The tool requests the Google Drive permission drive.file. This permits access to files created by the tool or files the owner explicitly makes available to it. It does not request permission to browse all files in the owner's Drive.

Backups will be encrypted before upload. The server will hold the public encryption key; the owner will retain the separate private key needed to decrypt a backup. Upload verification and a separate freshness check are part of the backup process. A scheduled copy is a recovery aid and does not guarantee that no recent changes can ever be lost.
